I stayed here once again on my way up to seattle and I must say, these people are great. What they lack in the flashy exterior/interior, they make up for it in the cleanliness, service and LOCATION. I did notice some homeless people walking around but they didn't bother me. The location was very convenient for me to walk around and check out my fav hot spots like the Lost Coast Brewery and the beautiful victorian homes literally in the back of the property. I also enjoyed being near the waterfront which I walked to in the morning. I will stay here again for sure!

We liked staying here because of the feel of the nostalgic motel. I grew up going to motels and these days you just don't see these places anymore. The place was small, but clean, staff excellent and the location is perfect for us to walk around and check out things in the city of Eureka. I really liked the AA bar and Grill that was on site right next door. Its a dive bar/restaurant which apparently has the best steaks in town. I would come here again. THANK YOU TOWNHOUSE FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND OUR AMAZING STAY!

We stayed here with pleasure. Free wifi, very nice room. Quiet!!! Two days ago we were in another place and this one gives you more for what you pay. Pitty they do not have a chain in USA. Coffee in the room, nice shover are plus.

They always exceed my expectations and accommodate me when I stay. I appreciate the clean rooms and happy staff. Nothing too fancy but it does well for me. Extra brownie points for the easy walk to the Brewery. Love being near the water and old town. I'll be back again.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. It's an older style motel, but the service is great and rooms are clean. We loved that we could walk around everywhere in the old district of Eureka. People's reviews said they felt unsafe but we didn't feel that way at all. I suppose some people are expecting perfection but we were not. There's some great buildings in the area. The hotel itself has some beautiful architecture in the courtyard that I've never seen before. Rooms were a bit smaller than the big chains but we didn't mind. I would stay here again!
