TheHumboldt Bay Provisions Claimed oyster bar is an All-Local Tasting Room in the heart of Old Town Eureka, California. We’re provisioners of locally-made food and drink that perfectly pair with the amazing adventures available around Humboldt Bay. You can savor these treats at our reclaimed redwood bar or pack them with you on travels.

Humboldt Bay Provisions Claimed’s fresh and raw oysters are Kumanoto and Bucksport branded oysters – both from Humboldt Bay, delivered fresh weekly by the provided by AquaRodeo Farms. Kumamotos have a nutty flavor with a sweet finish. Bucksports, a Pacific Oyster, are briny and robust with a melon finish.

The Humboldt Bay Provisions Claimed oyster bar, under the supervision of local oyster farmer Captain Sebastian, serves raw and broiled oysters with a variety of gourmet sauces. Our trained staff recommend and serve cheeses, meats, breads, and desserts that are all hand-crafted locally.

We pour local beers, wines, ciders, and kombucha. We also offer a curated collection of local products that capture the beauty and the adventure of life on the Humboldt Bay.
